NWFSC
Student E-mail User Guide
NWFSC Provides Each Student with
an E-mail Account
The NWFSC E-mail will be used as the primary E-mail address
for instructors, College staff and students to communicate via E-mail. E-mail is provided for your individual use on
College-related work. Students are not required to use E-mail, but are encouraged
to do so.
·
E-mails are assigned to each admitted student but need to be activated
by the student before use.
See “Activating your E-mail Account” below.
·
Your E-mail account may be activated the day after your admission
applications is processed.
· You can access your E-mail from anywhere
you have Internet access, at home, on campus or any place where internet
access is available. Most public
libraries provide internet access to the public.
· The
college provides computer labs with internet access for student use at each
campus and center.
·
You may forward your NWFSC E-mail to another
private E-mail address if you wish, so you only have to check one E-mail
account. See “Forwarding E-mail” below.
·
Private E-mail addresses will not be stored in the
student’s record or appear on instructor rosters.
·
Students are responsible for reading and abiding
by the Student E-mail Policies.
See the Student E-mail homepage to review the Student E-mail Policies.
